How long does the process take from enquiry to workshop?
Typically two to three weeks from initial conversation to facilitated session, depending on scheduling and how much prep work is needed beforehand.
Who should attend the workshop?
The people who need to be aligned. This usually means decision-makers, team leads, and anyone whose perspective is critical to getting to the right answer. We'll help you think through the right attendee mix during our initial conversation.
Do we need to prepare anything?
Not much. We do the heavy lifting on preparation. We'll conduct short stakeholder interviews beforehand and handle all agenda design and materials. We may ask you to share relevant background documents, but there's no lengthy brief required.
What if we're not sure which scope option is right?
That's exactly what the initial conversation is for. Don't worry about having the answer before we speak — working that out together is part of the process.
Is this only for technology challenges?
No. While Optimation specialises in digital transformation for regulated industries, the Discovery Accelerator is designed for any complex organisational challenge where alignment and a clear path forward are the goal — whether that's technology, operating model, product strategy, or something else entirely.
